  4. If the consumer buys one fully priced Adult admission ticket to the Benmore Botanic Garden, then s/he may take with him/her ONE ADULT or CHILD or CONCESSION who will enter the same attraction on the same day, free of charge.
  5. This will apply to the CHEAPEST ticket, of either equal or lesser value.

  13. Attractions are subject to weather conditions. Contact the operator on the morning of the activity and prior to travelling for confirmation. Neither the promoter nor the chosen operator will be held liable for any expenses incurred by individuals or groups, for journeys undertaken to the operator in the event that activities are cancelled for any reason.
  14. The promoter will not be held liable for any injuries or losses incurred during participation of activities.
