Cally Gardens is a specialist nursery in an 18th century walled garden, surrounded by the Cally Oak woods.
Cally Gardens is a working nursery covering nearly three acres and the walled garden with old vinery and bothy are all surrounded by the Cally Oak woods. A collection of 3,500 varieties of plants can be seen and a selection are available pot-grown. Cally Gardens has an excellent range of rare herbaceous perennials and there are forestry nature trails nearby.
The gardens are open between Easter Saturday and the last Sunday in September. Opening times are Saturday and Sunday 10am - 5.30pm and Tuesday to Friday 2pm - 5.30pm. The gardens are closed on Tuesdays and weekday mornings. There is a small admission charge with proceeds distributed to charities chosen by the garden owner and Scotland's Garden Scheme.
