Situated at the heart of Dunfermline, Carnegie Hall is a beautiful art deco theatre which hosts a diverse programme of entertainment.
Named after the great industrialist and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie who was born in Dunfermline, this elegant art deco theatre offers an excellent programme of music, drama, comedy, dance, and children’s entertainment including a popular Christmas show. The theatre also hosts productions by local arts organisations including the Carnegie Youth Theatre, Kelty and Rosyth Musical Societies and several dance schools. Adjacent to the theatre is the Music Institute which offers creative workshops and classes for a range of age groups while the Studio Theatre, located within the institute, provides a rehearsal and performance space of developing new works. Tiffany’s, the theatre’s chic bistro, serves appetising food and drinks in a relaxed setting with picturesque views of the Forth of Firth.
