Cragbank Woods boast a beautiful mix of native trees that cloak the steep gorge slopes.
Springtime brings a dense carpet of wildflowers, whilst summer sunshine calls out butterflies to flit through the woodland glades. The reserve feels like a remote sanctuary far from the hustle of everyday life.
Spring time is the best time to visit for woodland flowers.
Facilities include a car park at Hell's Hole to the south of the reserve and well-defined paths. However, please be aware that the site is on a steep slope.
