Crichton Golf Club

Golf Courses

Bankend Road, Dumfries, Dumfries And Galloway, DG1 4TH

A tree lined 9 hole wooded parkland course of excellent quality, offering superb views over Dumfries and the River Nith, with good repeat play value. The club benefits from a welcoming visitor-friendly clubhouse, with an excellent restaurant.

A very popular course with local people, Crichton Golf Club is the only 9 hole course in Dumfries, and it provides excellent value for money and an enjoyable test of golf for all abilities.

Always well maintained and presented, the course offers clear sight of almost all the holes as you play, and its well-considered layout provides a pleasing mix of visual appeal and challenge, with certain holes not as easy as they look!

The club benefits from a welcoming visitor-friendly clubhouse, with an excellent restaurant offering meals and snacks.

    Course Highlight

You’ll have to drive straight and true on the 2nd.  Known as Marchbanks View for its spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, this par 4 runs along the top of the course.  After the steep uphill climb of the 1st the views are rewarding indeed, but danger lurks on out of bounds to the right.

    Perfect Partner

Play the Dumfries hat-trick by combining with Dumfries & County and Dumfries & Galloway golf clubs.
