Dundee International Sports Complex (DISC) opened in 1997 and today continues to offer a great variety of activities for you to take part in.
On offer at DISC is a sports hall capable of staging both national and international sporting events, a state of the art fitness studio, a dance studio, gymnasium and both water and sand based outdoor pitches.
Take part in badminton, hockey, volleyball, netball, and basketball. There is also a great variety of fitness classes available including Zumba, aquafit and aerobics.
