    Gagie House was built in the 17th century and is part of a small country estate in Duntrune by Dundee.

    Gagie Den Walk is a 1 mile springtime woodland walk open from February to May, in a delightful secluded den along the Sweet Burn and its artesian ponds. Admire spring flowers such as snowdrops, primroses and daffodils, with benches along the way and a picnic table available at the Old Quarry Pond.

    There is a car park available beside the Gagie grange, alongside a rustic tearoom, a small information gallery and toilet facilities.

     

    Road Directions

    From A90, about 2 miles north of Dundee, take turning to east sign-posted MURROES. Continue for 2 miles, wood on left, sharp right bend ahead; turn in to left along far side of wood, signpost GAGIE; follow this road, then through stone gateposts at end (marked Private Road).  Car park sign-posted immediately to right.
