Glasgow Science Centre

Overview

Glasgow Science Centre is a five star attraction on the banks of the River Clyde. There are lots of activities to keep our visitors of all ages entertained for hours. There are 2 acres of interactive exhibits, workshops, shows, activities, the planetarium plus an IMAX.

• Roll up, roll up for the Science Show Theatre and be in awe at our live science shows which are full of whizzes, bangs, pops and flashes!
• Cast off in The Big Explorer as you splash about in the Waterways exhibit, put on a puppet show and master the bubble wall (for under 8s)
• Relax in the celestial treasure trove of the planetarium and explore the wonderment of the night sky
• Magic meets science in MindWorks zone where you will find mind-benders of all sorts like the Vortex tunnel, Ames Room and the Phantom Hand! 
• Be wowed in the IMAX with the most immersive 3D in the world! Explore an amazing underwater universe, travel into space or  discover the marine reptiles who ruled the sea long before the dinosaurs conquered the earth
• Control objects with the power of your mind, build a rollercoaster and look into the future- just some of the exciting things you can do with our interactive exhibits we have in the Science Mall
• Fall down the rabbit hole and have a tea party in the award winning Alice through the Looking Glass exhibition
