Grantown Museum tells the story of the founding of this planned town, bringing the story up to date using modern and traditional display methods
Grantown Museum tells the story of the town’s beginnings and is a source of great pride to the people of Grantown. Temporary exhibitions are also a regular feature.
The museum hosts meetings of the Grantown Society and houses its archives. It provides research facilities for genealogy and local history. Grantown is the traditional home of the Clan Grant and the museum receives frequent visits and enquiries from Grants across the world.
