Nairn, Scotland, United Kingdom: A homestay in Nairn, in the Highlands, allows you to relax whilst learning or improving English at the same time. You will stay in a spacious bright sunny room in our 19th century cottage right on the edge of the beach with all the facilities of a coastal town on your doorstep. Enjoy breakfast in the sunny conservatory before commencing lessons.In the summer relax on the patio or in the winter by our log fire in the living room.Explore the Highlands,visit historic castles or a whisky distillery.
This is a one-to-one, personalised English tuition programme living full-board with the tutor's own family and in the tutor's own home, including local visits and excursions, meeting friends, neighbours and professional colleagues etc.
I have 25 years experience in teaching with 15 of these years as a teacher of English as a Foreign language. I have taught bilingual learners in primary and secondary schools as well as adults in English language schools and homestay programmes. I have lived in Australia and have welcomed students into my home to learn English both in Australia and in Scotland.
