View the unique, handwoven tapestries of Leila Thompson at her gallery located outside the village of St Margarets Hope.
Leila Thompson’s beautiful tapestries are inspired by Orkney’s folklore, heritage and ever changing landscape. The demand for Leila’s unique pieces is so great that her work is now mostly commissioned with a waiting time of around five years. View original, handwoven works in her gallery alongside tapestry art prints and mounted prints. As well as being able to view the tapestries on display, visitors can also watch Leila at work in her studio. The gallery shop stocks an extensive range of prints, greeting cards and postcards, as well as local tourist information. Framed prints are available from the gallery in Orkney, and at Sheila Fleet retail outlets.
