    Kilmory Workshop makes hand crafted pottery and woodwork made from timber grown on the Isle of Arran.

    The Kilmory Workshop on the Isle of Arran, makes authentic, locally crafted woodwork and pottery. Local trees are planked, seasoned and hand-crafted into beautiful items on premises from tree to finished article. A range of furniture is made including coffee tables, bedside cabinets and chairs.

    Domestic stoneware pottery is handthrown and glazed with a variety of colours. There is also a range of pierced bowls, perfume burners and pot-pourri dishes.

    The Isle of Arran is nestled in the Firth of Clyde and is one of the most accessible Scottish Islands, only two hours away from Glasgow.

    Public Transport Directions

    Getting there by ferry:- From Brodick take the coast road south passing through the villages of Lamlash and Whiting Bay and on to Kilmory (approx 45min). Just past Torrylinn Creamery there is a sign to Kilmory Workshop and Kilmory Church, turn right here to the church. Follow the next sign down the farm road, over the bridge and up the hill to the top where there is a car park. The entrance to the showroom is at the rear of the building.

    Arran nestled in the Clyde is one of the most accessible Scottish Islands and only 2hrs away from Glasgow. Caledonian MacBrayne operates 2 ferries to the Island. One at the north of the island from Clonaig(Argyll) to Lochranza and the main ferry link from Ardrossan to Brodick on the east coast of the Island.
