Mossat Trout Fishery offers tranquil fly fishing in Aberdeenshire.
The fishery is located in rural Aberdeenshire and offers great fly fishing across three lochs which are stocked with high quality rainbow and brown trout. Fishing for wild brown trout is also available at a stretch of the Mossat Burn.
Mossat Trout Fishery offer tackle hire, fly fishing tuition and fishing lessons. The fishery is open seven days a week and there’s ample car parking next to the lochs.
New facilities opened in 2012 and include a warm wooded cabin, toilet facilities (including disabled toilet), hot drinks and snack machine, wheelchair access and a BBQ.
