    Based near Inveraray, the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, MotoScotland.com is delighted to be able to offer exclusive off road motorbike training on an amazing 50,000 acre private estate.

    Off road motorcycling as well as being hugely enjoyable and lots of fun, also opens up new confidence in your road riding skills.  There's no better way to spend the day than getting out in the wilderness on a motorbike that has been specifically prepared to give you best control and a grin from ear to ear!

    Inveraray is a principal tourist destination and offers a superb base for our customers to experience off road motorbike training along with amazing attractions like Inveraray Castle, Inveraray Jail, tea rooms, shops, fine restaurants & inns with log fires and tasty food, whisky shops/ale brewers, activity centres – there are just too many to list!  Nearby, you also have Glencoe, Rannoch Moor, the Cowal Peninsula, Oban, Glasgow, islands (such as Mull, Tiree, Arran, Outer Hebrides – to name a few) and much, much more.

    There is an excellent choice of accommodation from dramatic holiday homes on the shores of Loch Fyne, a spa hotel, inns/B&B’s/hotels to nearby campsites/caravan choices.

    Open year round, MotoScotland.com offers a range of off road motorbiking training courses to suit the needs of its customers. The latest BMW motorbikes are supplied with fuel and all protective clothing/kit is also provided.  This means that you can simply get on and see breathtaking landscapes and take delight in the fun that comes from off roading.

    A great choice for friends, couples, groups, solo riders, corporate clients, etc., it is a brilliant social ground to meet other like minded people and enjoy the challenges of becoming a better all round rider.

    MotoScotland.com is privately owned by bikers Clive & Donna Rumbold. It is a dream come true for them to share the pleasure of motorbiking and the beauty of Scotland and they look forward to meeting you.  All the instructors are also "cup half full" characters and love meeting people. It's a really relaxing atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

    Our off road motorcycle training is geared to your level of experience to make sure that you feel comfortable at all times.  The instructors check regularly during the course of the day to make sure you are happy and having fun - at the right challenge levels.  After all, it's all about giving you a superb experience!

    We run training courses 7 days per week to fit in with customer demand (except for extreme weather conditions). Our booking office is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 9am - 5pm.

    Road Directions

    Open by appointment only, we are based 1 mile from Inveraray heading north on the A819 (towards the A85). There is a road track that leads down to our centre where there is ample parking available for our customers.  Full directions and an information pack are sent along with booking confirmation.

    Public Transport Directions

    Flights - nearest airports are Glasgow, Edinburgh and Prestwick. N.B. There is a bus service ran by West Coast Motors from Glasgow to Inveraray.

    Trains - nearest train stations are Arrochar, Dalmally and Glasgow.  N.B. There is a bus service ran by West Coast Motors from Glasgow to Inveraray.

    Bus/Coach - There is a bus service ran by West Coast Motors from Glasgow to Inveraray and onwards to Campbelltown. They also run a service from Oban to Inveraray to Glasgow.
