    Mugdock Country Park is 10 miles north of Glasgow and covers 260 hectares which offer a range of activities.

    Mugdock is a great day out for the family. Activities include walking, cycling, horse riding and archery. There is a children’s play area and the park offers spectacular views of the Campsie Fells. Visit the restaurant, bistro and gift shop.

    The Ranger Service leads outdoor learning and environmental activities and the park holds cultural and sporting events throughout the year. Mugdock was the home of the ‘noble Grahams’ for centuries and also James Graham Marquis of Montrose.

    From the nearest information centre:- By Train from Queen Street Station (Lower Level) to Milngavie. From there in foor along the West Highland Way for 3 Miles. Follow path signage ro Craigend Visitor Centre.

    Getting there by railway:- From Queen Street (Lower Level) or Central Station, head to Milngavie station. From there on foot for 3 Miles along West Highland Way.
