Nevis Range is an all year round attraction for skiing, walking, mountain biking or just simply visiting.
Let Britain's only mountain gondola transport you 650m up the slopes of Aonach Mor. Meander along the mountain trails to the panoramic viewpoints, then relax in the restaurant and bar with breathtaking views. Learn more about the history and heritage of Scottish mountains at the mountain heritage centre and marvel at the sight of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain on the British Isles, standing at 4, 409 ft above sea level. Nevis Range is one of the premier visitor attractions within the Highlands, offering visitors a truly unique experience no matter what time of the year you visit.
There are a wide variety of activities available year-round at the Nevis Range, including mountain biking, high wire adventure courses, paragliding, walking, skiing and snowboarding. Take some time to visit the Nevisport shop at the gondola top station, with a huge variety of clothes and accessories or send a postcard home and impress your friends and family by posting it from Britain’s highest post box, with a special stamp to say so.
At the Snowgoose restaurant visitors can enjoy delicious home cooking and fresh baking made from local produce, or sample a local dram in the bar. When the weather allows there are glorious panoramic views across Lochaber from the many tables located outside on the balcony, an experience not to be missed.
The Pinemarten cafe bar, situated at the base of Aonach Mor has stunning picture windows looking onto the mountain slopes and towards the finish of the World Cup downhill mountain bike trail. It serves a selection of hot and cold snacks as well as main meals with a choice of 'specials' each day.
