    NorWest Sea Kayaking is based in the beautiful fishing village of Lochinver and offers trips in the Ullapool, Achiltibuie-Summer Isles, and Lochinver areas. Have the wilderness at your fingertips, each day discovering a new and magical place. Paddle alongside otters, seals, puffins and a whole host of other wildlife.

    NorWest Sea Kayaking is based in the far North West Highlands and offers a selection of 4 and 5-star lodge based tours, skills courses and camping expeditions. Norwest also offer half, full and multi-day trips.

    NorWest Sea Kayaking offers a selection of holidays, courses and trips. No experience is necessary and all ages and abilities are welcome.

    The 4 and 5-star lodge based tours offer an all-inclusive holiday with adventure and relaxation rolled into one.     NorWest Sea Kayaking is based in Lochinver, 98 miles from Inverness and is just under 2 hours drive. Follow the A9 Northward then go West onto the A835 via Ullapool to Ledmore Junction (80 miles), turn left onto the A387 to Lochinver (19 miles).Come downhill into Lochinver. Just after you pass through the 30mph signs, turn right over a stone bridge. Drive up the hill and take the first main turning left, signposted Inver Terrace. Follow the road until it meets the sea, we are the last house, and you will see lots of sea kayaks!

    Public Transport Directions

    Getting there by railway:- The quickest route is rail to Inverness, then bus or car north. Or you can travel, rail to Inverness, then rail to Lairg and post bus from Lairg to Lochinver.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- Fly to Inverness then bus or car to Lochinver.

    Getting there by ferry:- The ferry from the Lewis on the Outer Hebrides comes into Ullapool every day in the summer months and there is a connecting bus service to Lochinver.
