The Lodge is a unique Spa and Golf Resort with spectacular views over the Loch of Aboyne.
Situated just outside Aboyne and set in 55 acres of stunning countryside against the majestic backdrop of the Cairngorms National Park, The Lodge is ideally located for the Lower, Middle and Upper beats of the Dee, including nearby Kincardine, Dess, Birse and Aboyme. It offers facilities ranging from accommodation, lochside restaurant and bistro bar, to a unique health and beauty spa, fitness and leisure facilities, osprey viewing deck and a 9-hole golf course with driving range.
The Lodge is a great place to stay while salmon fishing the River Dee, one of the world’s great salmon rivers. Fishing breaks package provides everything from the rod storage and boot drying and packed lunches can also be arranged. The Aboyne Loch Golf Centre is a 3,600 yard long golf course and it is predominantly designed for game enhancement but will still challenge the longest of hitters. There is also plenty of opportunities to go wildlife spotting, hill-walking, canoeing, cycling, bird-watching and all this in the ever changing panorama.
