The Nàdurra Centre provides an introduction to the natural environment of Ardnamurchan, the most westerly part of the British mainland.
The Nàdurra Visitor Centre offers a combination of entertainment and education for all ages based on a strong foundation of relevant fact and quality presentation.
It features an interactive exhibition housed in the 'Living Building' where you can learn about the flora and fauna of Ardnamurchan. There are also regular presentations of the highly acclaimed award winning audio visual presentation 'Ardnamurchan - Almost an Island'.
Come and experience the ‘Living Building’, a uniquely rough and natural building designed to attract a variety of wildlife to live in and on it and to enable visitors to watch the birds and animals, with creatures unaware of being watched. With turf on the roof and bark on the floor, the atmosphere is one of a quiet, shadowy woodland.
Also, after a day watching wildlife, why not enjoy a refreshing cuppa at The Antler Tearoom which serves a wide variety of quality homemaking and light lunches based on traditional Scottish recipes.
Have lunch outside on one of the picnic tables and enjoy the fine views of Glenmore Bay or relax in the sunny conservatory, beneath the Black Hamburg Grapevine and enjoy a taste of something special.
Alternatively, they can provide a take-away service so you can enjoy their baking wherever you choose.
Children are welcome and a high chair is available on request.
