For over two decades, we nurtured a vision to craft the finest sustainable artisanal beers and whiskies. In 2022, our dream became a reality with the opening of Uile-bheist Distillery & Brewery, making us the first ‘Brewstillery’ in Scotland. Located on the historic banks of the River Ness—it is here where the legendary Loch Ness Monster was born. Inspired by this mythical connection, our distillery champions sustainability,boasting a cutting edge energy centre and its own water source, and it leads the way in sustainable practices.
