Kings Arms Hotel, High Street, Dalbeattie, Kirkcudbrightshire, DG5 4HA

Welcome to Idlehour Gifts - the shop that smells as good as it looks! Yankee Candles, handmade bath products, giftwares etc. Find us within the King's Arms Hotel on Dalbeattie High Street.

Idlehour Gifts, within the King's Arm's Hotel, opened in October 2012, selling a range of products, including scented candles from Yankee Candle, and various handmade soaps and bath products from - among others - Rose & Co, Bomb Cosmetics and local producer, Scaur Glen Soaps. We also stock a variety of ceramics, mirrors and other giftwares produced as close to home as Dalbeattie or as far away as Bali! We have a limited range of CocoaBean chocolates, and some exclusive local items including greetings cards by Caroline Smith and photography from Anthony Duncalf. We also sell gift vouchers, and can offer a Christmas Club savings scheme and loyalty reward vouchers for regular customers.

Our window display space is limited, so do call in to browse and see just what we have in store - you can be assured of a warm welcoem from owners Joseph and Anthony Duncalf.
