Overview
From the 19th century through to the 21st the company has followed the founder's ideal of combining the best natural fibres available with the hand skills of the experienced staff, passed down through generations, together with the latest technological advances in machinery, to produce the finest knitwear, made in Scotland.From their recently updated and realigned Hawick based factory, Peter Scott have produced a core collection of Cashmere , Lambswool and Merino products for both ladies and gents. The full embroidery design and logo service also remains in place to offer customers the added benefit of the company's in-house embroidery experts.
For its collections Peter Scott uses precious yarns such as Cashmere, Cashmere blends and Lambswool which are combined with sophisticated colourings, remaining in tune with and complementing the integrity of these luxurious natural fibres.
Fashion and consumer tastes change with the passage of time, however the desire for pure quality remains constant. The mark of quality is something that Peter Scott has prided itself in providing and the company continues to be perfectly placed to satisfy customer's needs by nurturing their ethos of exacting attention to detail and design coupled with an unrivalled service.
