What is Standard Entrance?
Standard Entrance is valid for admission at any time, but during peak periods you will be expected to queue. The tours are scheduled approximately every 10 mins and last 80 minutes.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

- If you purchase your ticket online after 4pm Friday until 9am Monday, you will not receive your e-confirmation until Monday. You are unable to use your ticket/pass without this confirmation.

- Tickets are non-refundable

- Please note all those under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult

- Infants: under 3 (please note, children under 3 years can enter the Dungeon for free, but the visit is not recommended for younger children)
