Overview
Brought up on Skye, I began going to the hills as a schoolboy, and have walked, scrambled and climbed in the Cuillin for over 30 years. I completed my Munros in 1997 and have walked and climbed in Norway, the European Alps, Majorca, Crete, Cyprus and the Canary Islands. I hold Summer and Winter Mountain Leader certificates, am First Aid qualified, have been a member of the local Mountain Rescue team since 1991 and have for several years been Chairman and Equipment Officer.On offer are courses and private guiding covering the Skye Munros, Cuillin scrambling, introductory rock climbing instruction, winter skills training, winter mountaineering, navigation and various other outdoor activities. We specialise in the Cuillin of Skye but also operate throughout Scotland or further afield if required.
