The small pretty beach in Carnoustie is located just a few minutes walking distance from the train station and town centre.

The beautiful sandy bay of Carnoustie is nestled below the celebrated Carnoustie Golf Course (host to the Open Golf Championships in 1997 and 1999).

Steps and a slipway for the local boat club allow easy access to the beach while the adjacent Leisure Centre offers superb sports facilities alongside outdoor tennis courts and free car parking.

To the back of beach is the Sandy Sensation Adventure Play Area which offers a paddling pool, climbing frames and other playground equipment.
