The village of Dailly is a quiet river valley community situated 6 miles east of Girvan in South Ayrshire.
Fenced by farmland, hills and rivers the village is a great starting point to explore Ayrshire’s countryside. While visitors can sample some of rural life by visiting the local Dailly Community Centre, Activity Centre or the local Church for some history, there are also other attractions within cycling or driving distance including castles and estates of Bargany, Killochan, Dalquharran, Penkill and Kilkerran.
Dailly offers many opportunities for engaging with the nature too. The low lying land hosts wide range of habitats and is great for bird watching (Whooper Swans, Sandpiper, Kingfisher and Grey Wagtail to name just a few) and fishing (brown trout between April and September).
