Lying on the southern shores of Loch Lochy amongst the grand Lochaber countryside, the small hamlet of Gairlochy boasts a tranquil location and picturesque scenery.
The village, situated at the south end of the Great Glen Way between the Commando Memorial and the Caledonian Canal, is surrounded by several other small crofting settlements. The Great Glen Way and the Great Glen Mountain Bike Trail can both be joined at the canal which is approximately 10 minutes walk from the village. Fort William and the might Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain, are also easily accessible in under 20 minutes drive.
