Keith

Overview

Keith is a small town in Moray on the Speyside Whisky Trail.

Situated on the River Isla in Moray, the agricultural town of Keith came into existence in the eighth century, yet was re-built in the mid-18th century. Today it is an important stop on the Speyide Malt Whisky Trail thanks to the Strathisla Distillery. This is the oldest working distillery in Scotland, dating from 1786.
