Glasgow Prestwick Airport is Scotland's fastest growing airport and one of the fastest growing airports in Europe.
There are a variety of transport options for getting to and from the airport mainly by road. The airport is only 32 miles from Glasgow City Centre and is on the door step of neighbouring town Prestwick on Scotland’s west coast. The airport taxi rank is located in front of the terminal. If you require further assistance there is a free phone located next to the information desk in the arrivals hall.
The nearest railway station is just a minute’s walk of the check-in desks. The airport also has a railway link and can be reached within 45 minutes of Glasgow City Centre. Check-in is located on the left side of the ground floor and international/domestic arrivals are situated on the right side of the ground floor concourse.
The airport has excellent new passenger facilities including bars, restaurants, shops, bureau de change, and children's TV area.
National, Avis, Europcar& Hertz all have desks in the concourse and offer competitive rates
