The island of Kerrera is accessible by a ferry journey from Oban which takes only a few minutes.
Known as the jewel in the Firth of Lorne, the beautiful island of Kerrera boasts plenty of things to see and do including scenic walking, pony trekking, and visiting Gylen Castle.
The Kerrera Ferry leaves from a slip 2 miles south of Oban along the coast road, with car parking facilities available.
The ferry times are listed on the notice board by the quayside. To attract the ferry, turn this board to black prior to the sailing times listed.
