This traditional pan tiled cottage provides comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 6 people.

The house is literally only a stone's throw away from one of the two beaches in Crail and has a small south facing patio area at the front of the house overlooking the harbour and beach.

The accommodation is on two floors with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor: and one double bedroom, a kitchen/breakfast bar and sitting / dining room on the first floor. 4 out of the 6 rooms have sea views.

The house has gas central heating throughout and a combi water boiler so there is hot water whenever it is needed. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine with drier, dishwasher, microwave oven. There is a colour television with DVD player and CD/tape/radio player.

Crail is a beautiful village and is great base from which to explore the rest of Fife and beyond. It is well served with a small Co-op, another small general store, post office, chip shop, good greengrocer, excellent butcher, chemist, sweet/ toy shop, bakery and a newsagent. These are all a couple of minutes walk from the house. There are also two hotels which have a bar and serve meals.

There are two links golf courses at Balcomie which have great views if the golf isn't going well. There is great scope for walking, cycling, bird watching and relaxing. It's a great part of the world and worth a visit."
