If you wish to have a single event featured on our online What's On calendar, please email us with the necessary details (as outlined below) at eventlistings@visitscotland.com.

If you have a large number of events that you would like featured, or organise regularly recurring events, please alert us by emailing editorial@visitscotland.com as we have a number of options available to assist you.

Please note that there is no charge to have your event listed and it may take up to 7 days for your event to appear on the What's On calendar.

Required event detail

Please submit the follow information about each event you would like listed

• Event Name
• Type of event (select one from: Music event/ Food & drink event/ Highland Games, traditional and heritage event/ Sports event/ Arts and cultural event (including film, dance, theatre, art exhibition, etc.)/ Science event/ Nature and countryside/ Markets, fairs, shows and trade exhibitions/ Religious and spiritual event)
• Organiser contact name and organisation (if applicable)
• Organiser address (Street/ Town/ Postcode)
• Organiser contact email/ phone number
• Venue name
• Venue Address (Street/ Town/ Postcode)
• Venue email/ phone number
• Short description (25 words max.)
• Main description (350 words max.)
• Web link to event site/ event detail page (if available)
• Online ticketing link (if available)
• Date(s) of event
• Start time (if specified)
• Host towns (if events staged in different locations)

Images

An event's listing looks much more appealing with images. If you would like to send us up to three images per event, please simply attach them to your email submission. Please note that images should be a minimum of 400 x 200 pixels and have a minimum resolution of 72 dpi.
