Fly through the air on a thrilling zip wire at the Go Ape! treetop adventure site. Built on the hillside of at Glentress Forest they provide an action-packed day out for those brave enough to try it. Here you can navigate your way around giant obstacle courses in the trees using specially constructed ladders, walkways, bridges and tunnels all made from wood, rope and super-strong wire.

Experience some of the finest mountain biking terrain in the country at the UK’s first bike friendly village, Newcastleton. Situated in the lush Liddesdale Valley, this picturesque village is only a short cycle away from one of Scotland’s outstanding 7stanes mountain biking centres.

Adrenaline junkies should make their way to the 110-acre Whithaugh Park Adventure Centre. Set amidst the beautiful Borders countryside they offer a wide range of adventures activities including gorge walking, raft building and a night walk bivouac. All activities are fully instructed by their highly qualified team.
