RBS Six Nations
Top class rugby is guaranteed in the premier international competition, the RBS Six Nations, held each February and March. Scotland, England, Wales, Ireland, France and Italy battle it out to land the coveted Championship Trophy and avoid the dreaded wooden spoon.

Arguably the most famous sevens rugby tournament in the world, the Melrose 7s, is staged every April at the ground where the game originated. Teams from across the Scottish Borders compete with overseas invitees from as far afield as Japan and Australasia.

Scottish Borders ‘Sports’
The Scottish Borders ‘Sports’ are an exciting series of sevens tournaments held across the traditional heartland of Scottish rugby during April when the local teams compete for the hard-fought ‘Kings of the Borders‘ title.
