The Homecoming Scotland Cocktail – The MacKinnon Punch

Drambuie and orange drink against black and white backgroundThe Mackinnon Punch is a modern-day twist on the kind of drink that the residents of Skye would have savoured over a century ago. It’s the perfect summer punch to share with friends and family. We hope you enjoy the ‘Gift of the Prince.’

A deliciously refined drink with a gentle twist, the MacKinnon Punch has all the hallmarks of a classic Drambuie cocktail.

35ml Drambuie
Top Soda
2 Dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Wedge

Method: Fill a highball glass with ice and pour DRAMBUIE. Top with soda water and add the Bitters. Gently stir. Squeeze the lemon wedge and place in drink as your garnish.
