The house has a lovely terraced garden to the rear with large seating area including gas BBQ, which is ideal in the summer sunshine; while from the front of the house there is a small private patio with views out over the town to the hills and glimpses of the Dee Estuary, with it's busy harbour providing an ever changing scene of both working fishing boats and leisure craft. From the property you can stroll to art galleries, bistros, restaurants & bars, the harbour and the dramatic tidal changes of the River Dee provide an opportunity to see different wildlife and birds on pleasant waterside walks.
