Burmieston is a renovated Steading sleeping up to 12 adults or 13 if including children over 5 bedrooms. There is a large kitchen diner with multiple cooking stations, and play barn with table tennis table.
One of the rooms and en suite is fully accessible, as is one of the kitchen islands. The Steading is in the middle of a smallholding with chickens, geese, sheep and ducks. The location is really quite special - there is little man made noise and the views are huge. On and off site activities can be organised from an Escape Room, archery and craft courses on site to paddle boarding, kayaking and walking off site. We are at the heart of Scotland with Perth only 10 miles away, Edinburgh and Glasgow just over an hour away and Dundee only a 45 minute drive.
The environment is at the heart of our business. We have a Gold Award from Green Tourism and won the 2018 Historic Environment Scotland/RIAS award for Conservation and Climate Change.
This is a chance for a digital detox and for you to get to reconnect with your loved ones. There is no internet, nor TVs.
