On entering is the entrance hall with stairs, an amazing large living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen, which will be the focal point for everyone staying here. Further on there is a family bathroom, a bunk room, a twin room and a utility room – all on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an en-suite shower room. One fold-out bed for a child is available for either of these rooms. There is a small area of lawn to the side and front, and then there are fields and a walk of approx. 500 metres to get to the loch. The cottage backs onto a farm yard and shares the drive. The cottage grounds are enclosed and there is private parking for four or five cars. Set in its own grounds, this delightful cottage is ideal for a family holiday or those wishing to base themselves within this popular west coast section of Scotland.
