There is a restaurant in walking distance and fishing is available on the River Tweed. The cottage is perfectly placed for mountain biking at the 7stanes centres at Glentress and Innerleithen (5m). Peebles has shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants and Edinburgh (25m) is only half an hour's drive away.
