THE WESTLANDS HOTEL
Owned and run by the same family for almost 50 years, The Westlands Hotel rests in its own grounds of 2 acres to the West of Dunblane. It was build for the Christie towel family in 1902, the year after Edward VII succeeded Victoria to the throne and forms a splendid example of Edwardian architecture.
Famed over the years for its warm and friendly atmosphere, comfortable bedrooms and outstanding cuisine, the Westlands Hotel has an attractive lounge bar offering daily bar meals and a wide selection of wines, beers and spirits including some excellent Malt whiskies.
All comfortable and individually furnished bedrooms are fully equipped with en suite facilities, tv and tea/coffee hospitality tray.
The elegant dining room provides the finest Scottish foods together with a select wine list and opens on to the function suite where 150 guests can easily be accomodated for weddings, conferences and parties.
The games room provides the warm friendly conviviality of traditional Highland hostelry and offers guests a chance to 'meet the locals' and play a game of pool. In the Summer months visitors can also enjoy dining al fresco in the extensive gardens.
We also have a secure gun room and game larder, together with drying facilities and dog kennels.
