Barholm offers pleasant, comfortable accommodation to suit shared occupancy as well as double and single private rooms, all en-suite. We have a dry room for when you have been fishing or walking and need to dry out before heading to your room. A secure bike unit for safe storage, Barholm Cycle Hire and repair here at the centre and there is an electric car charging station

Barholm Accommodation is situated in the pretty village of Creetown on the South West Coast of Scotland A75

We can accommodate up to 25 guests within our 8 bedroom premises. There are shared occupancy rooms as well as double and single private rooms. All rooms are en-suite. On the ground floor we have a private single dog-friendly room which has its own en-suite wet room this room can also accommodate a luxury camp bed.

We do not offer food, what we can offer in the guest sitting room is a small kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Crockery and cutlery provided. We have information in Reception regarding local eateries offering varied menus for breakfast, lunch and evening meals.

We also offer a laundry service wash if required.

For the adventurous, the Cycle Hire offers half- and full-day loans of bikes. The centre also offers a bicycle repair facility, an electric car charging station and secure shed for storing bike

Shared occupancy rooms £16.50 per person per night
Double private rooms £38 per night with two people sharing (plus £10 for luxury camp bed)
Single private rooms £19.50 per person per night (plus £10 for luxury camp bed)
High chair and travel cot available for hire (ask at time of booking)
Group bookings taken - whether you are looking for a room for one night or a much longer stay we will happily accommodate you.

Whether you are a walker, hiker, biker, cyclist, fisherman/woman, clay pigeon shooter, star gazer, golfer or horse rider you can enjoy all these activities in and around Creetown.
At Barholm we have an Arts & Crafts shop selling hand made jewellery, paintings and clothing.

Laggan Outdoor Activity Centre, Kirroughtree Visitors Centre (7 Stanes bike trail), Cocoa Bean Chocolate Factory, Cream 'O' Galloway, Gem Rock Museum, Creetown Heritage Museum, Glen Trool, Clatteringshaws, Galloway Dark Skies, Raiders Road - Otter Pool, Wigtown - Scotland's National Book Town, Moss Yard Beach to name but a few.
