The upside-down configuration of the apartment has the bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor with the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the second floor. The apartment has a private entrance off the main square with staircase leading up to the first floor.
The comfortable lounge, with touches of Harris Tweed, has seating for 4 on 2 settees, coffee table and smart TV with Freeview channels and DVD player. A selection of DVD’s, books and games are provided for those times when not our exploring.
The modern kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/drier as well as ample kitchenware.
On the first floor below the master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units with lights and fitted wardrobe. There is an en suite shower room with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds bedside unit and fitted wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a bath with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price as is a starter supply of soap, shampoo, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

There are a number of restaurants, bars, shops and café’s in Dornoch all within a minutes walk of the apartment. Royal Dornoch Golf course and Dornoch Beach are within a 5 minute walk.
