Kellas is a beautiful Scottish estate set over 2,500 acres of stunning and varied countryside situated between the towns of Elgin (7 miles) and Forres (11 miles).
Kellas House was built in 1916 and is one of the finest example of 20th century arts and crafts architecture in Scotland. Sitting in 15 acres of well-maintained gardens for you to enjoy, it provides a tranquil and private place to stay. Should you wish to accommodate more guests, Kellas Lodge is just a short walk from the main house and will sleep up to 4 more guests.
Please note we do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties. Pets are not allowed at Kellas House however up to 2 well behaved pets are allowed at our other two properties.
