Lavender Cottage has splendid open views of the hills and surrounding countryside from every room. With no passing traffic, both the house and the secure garden offer quietness and privacy. The cottage is cosy enough to suit a couple yet large enough to accommodate five or six. It is ideal for Honeymoons or a break to celebrate special occasions, such as a birthday, anniversary, Valentine’s Day or, just to enjoy a well deserved holiday in a beautiful part of Scotland.
The lounge/ dining room has a living flame fire, TV, DVD player, with DVD library, books, games and iPod docking station. French doors lead to the conservatory and outside to a secure, secluded patio and garden, with BBQ, garden furniture and wonderful views across the surrounding countryside to Weem Rock and Farragon Hill.
This holiday cottage has a fully fitted kitchen complete with integrated appliances, including fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. The well equipped kitchen contains everything required on holiday and has a breakfast area which can seat five.
The large ground floor bathroom has a curved glass corner shower cubicle, bath and infra-red sauna cabin.
Upstairs there is a king size double bedroom with TV, a twin room with zip and link beds which can make a double bed, and a smaller room with a single bed and second full size, pull out bed.
The second bathroom also has a large curved glass corner shower with a fold down seat, allowing it to double as a steam/aromatherapy cubicle and a very large, Jacuzzi, hydro-massage bath.
This holiday home is extremely well equipped with a radio/ CD player, DVD player and DVD library, books, games, payphone, iron, ironing board, travel cot and highchair.
