The Loft at Brooklinn Mill is a real home from home. It has a very comfortable king size bed, a stunning bathroom with double-ended tub and views over the river Ericht
The open plan living area has a well equipped kitchen with fridge/ freezer, full electric cooker and microwave, dining table, and comfy lounge seating all with amazing views. There is also a TV and DVD player, selection of DVDs, books and games.
There are two utility rooms/ stores one of which has a washing machine.
Electricity is provided from our on-site hydro-electric turbine and heating is by our heat-pump.
Brooklinn Mill is 1 mile from Blairgowrie with shops, cafes and restaurants and a pleasant riverside walk if you don't want to drive. There are great walks right from the door, including the Cateran Trail.
We can accommodate 1 small/ medium sized dog in the Loft - but please not on beds or furniture and not left home alone if they chew or bark.
The Loft is reached by a flight of external stairs and is in the roof-space of the former store building. Downstairs is the self-contained Jute Store which is also rented out for holidays and sleeps up to 6 people.
