Thistle Flat is the perfect place to stay in the charming fishing village of Pittenweem in the 'East Neuk' of Fife. All the accommodation is on the ground floor of a seafront house, with fabulous views over the Firth of Forth. It can accommodate 2 or 3 adults, or a small family. It is self-contained, with its own front door. Parking is available just outside. The owners are airbnb 'superhosts' and provide many extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The traditional fishing village of Pittenweem is such a great place to visit. We love to share its peace, charm and fantastic views. Thistle Flat is right on the seashore. From its windows, you can watch the boats return to harbour and spot the sea life. Go for a stroll along the shore - the Fife coastal path passes the front door.

Thistle Flat is a new conversion on the ground floor of a historic seafront house, built in 1874. It has one bedroom with en suite bathroom. In the large front room you can cook, eat, relax and enjoy the sea views.

Thistle Flat offers accommodation suitable for all, including those who are elderly, have mobility issues or need disabled access. A ramp leads from the pavement to the Flat's own front door. Inside there are no steps, just one short ramp to the bedroom and bathroom.
Parking is available outside the front door, or in the numerous seafront spaces across the road, which are free of charge.

The bedroom can be arranged as either one king-size or two single beds. A third family member can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
For parents with two children, we suggest two singles for the children in the bedroom. The sofabed in the sitting room can convert into a double for the parents. We can also supply a travel cot and a baby cradle.
Thistle Flat is not suitable for two couples.
Access to a courtyard garden.
We welcome ONE well-behaved dog, but no other pets.
Free wi fi is available, plus 'smart' TV and DVD player. We offer a wide selection of DVDs for your evenings in, plus games and books.
In addition to a kettle, toaster, fridge and electric hob, the kitchen area contains a combi-microwave, a small dishwasher and a clothes washer/dryer.
Bed linen and towels plus kitchen and bathroom essentials supplied.
No cleaning charge, as long as Thistle Flat is left tidy.
Strictly No Smoking indoors.
Check-in times are 4 -10 pm; checkout by 11 am.
