The garden gate opens onto the welcoming community park area to the rear, with a large open grass area for the family/pets to enjoy, which is currently maturing into a wild-flower meadow as part of the Community Park improvements.

The garage can be used to store golf clubs, bikes, other outdoor activity equipment and the like with lockable doors.

You’re close to the neighbouring towns of Anstruther (9 minute drive), Pittenweem (12 minute drive), St Andrews (16 minute drive), St Monans (17 minute drive) and Elie (21 minute drive).

Tee off at the prestigious Crail Golfing Society, one of the oldest golf clubs in the world, or explore a range of nearby courses such as The Old Course in St Andrews, Kingsbarn Golf Links, The Fairmont Golf Links, Lundin Golf Club, Scotscraig Golf Club and Elie Golf House Club, that cater to all skill levels.
