Inver Lodge provides very good quality fresh food cooked and served in generous portions with imagination, flair and enthusiasm. We will not be re opening the business in 2020.

For anglers, walkers, bird-watchers or anyone who loves nature, a stay here gives you the opportunity to experience the spectacular natural environment while enjoying the luxurious facilities and excellent cuisine of one of the best hotels in the Scottish Highlands. Atlantic seals in the harbour, golden eagles over the mountains, red deer on the moorland; leaping salmon and darting brown trout in the rivers and lochs. From its hillside setting, the hotel looks down onto the quiet fishing village of Lochinver, and across the clear waters of the loch to the distant outline of the Western Isles. With just 21 rooms, all enjoying the same spectacular view, the friendly, welcoming staff ensure that you have everything you need to make the most of your stay.
The eating style can best be described as relaxed, fine dining. The decor is luxurious, elegant and spacious with touches of the Scottish highlands. This gives a comfortable, sophisticated and tranquil atmosphere with breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. A specialty of the house is our selection of whiskies. We cater for both tourists and returning customers, fishing groups, small families and walkers.
