St James Quarter is a game-changing new heart for the city of Edinburgh, offering the biggest retail and leisure district the city has ever seen. The Quarter integrates and enhances Edinburgh’s City Centre providing an inspiring, attractive, and vibrant destination for locals and visitors to live, shop, eat, sleep and play.
It is a destination like no other - bringing together brands from global to local, and convenience to luxury. St James Quarter features a shopping galleria with 80 retailers and shall have over 30 restaurants and bars as well as parking for 1,600 cars, including 70 disabled parking bays located throughout the car park, motorcycle & scooter spaces, and dedicated parking spaces for families, placed strategically near welcome points. There are also bicycle racks located in areas near the Quarter for your convenience. Still to come at The Quarter is Scotland’s first W Edinburgh hotel, Roomzzz Aparthotel, and residential apartments.

Entrances/Exits
There are three entrances into St James Quarter.
• Little King Street which is to the right of John Lewis on Leith Street.
• Multrees Walk which you can find the entrance to at St Andrews Square and Queen Street.
• Register Square at the top of Leith Street at the east end of Princes Street.

Park up at St James Quarter
Open 6am – 1am, St James Quarter’s spacious car park offers 1,600+ parking bays, spread out over three levels and two entrances and exits to help provide a quick and easy parking experience.
Championing innovation, the Quarter will be installing the largest amount of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging bays in one place in Scotland. Once installed the 43 EV charging bays will be carefully spread across the 3 levels, meaning there’s plenty to go round.
