The Oyster Shed is found in the village of Carbost, 1 minute from Talisker Distillery. Purchase, eat and learn how to open the oysters, whilst talking to the oyster farmer himself.
Other locally sourced products include smoked salmon, mussels, crab, scallop meat, smoked Scottish game and a selection of cheeses and chutneys. Other products are available subject to seasonal conditions.
